Chamonix vibes and amazing staff! 🏔️

The staff here are absolute legends, helping out with everything, even getting us sorted with doctors in a pinch. the shower is like one you’d find in a dodgy braai area – immense! Breakfast was lekker too, just enough variety to make your head spin!

Bit of a mission waiting for our room to be ready. checked in at around 3:20 when we got there early.

The location was remarkable, combining tranquility with convenient access to town, ensuring a peaceful retreat after exploring. The spa facilities were impressive, particularly the indoor pool, but the layout felt a bit disjointed, requiring extra walking to access some amenities. Service was stellar. however, it would have been nice to have more variety offered in the outdoor areas. Enjoyed the freshly baked cookies as a delightful treat during my stay.

The indoor pool was a highlight. check-in was later than expected.

The cozy fireplace in our room was delightful, but the sewage noise was disturbing.

le hameau is a cozy retreat with stunning views. my room had three sets of windows, providing a fantastic panorama. i really enjoyed the gourmet breakfast, made with in-house ingredients. the spa offered a relaxing escape with great treatments and a magnificent pool facing mont blanc.

Luxurious Stay Surrounded by Nature

Our stay was truly remarkable, with the beautiful views of Mont Blanc from our room making every moment special. The indoor/outdoor pool was beyond amazing, providing a unique experience of swimming while soaking in the stunning scenery. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with bathroom light fixtures positioned perfectly for convenience during our morning routines.

I had a great stay! The spa facilities were fantastic, and the meals at the restaurant were truly memorable, especially the divine piglet shoulder. The only downside was the crowded breakfast area.

The layout of the hotel can feel disjointed, particularly with separate areas for the spa and swimming pool, which might require extra walking to use all facilities. Some of the rooms show signs of wear, and the lack of soundproofing can lead to disturbances from neighboring guest noise. Not having constant garden service for beverages or snacks felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the outdoor experience. the breakfast prices aren’t quite justified by the offerings, which seemed better in local restaurants nearby.

the room was super comfy with 3 sets of windows givin a stunning view. loved the easy walk to chamonix town, and the in-room breakfast was a great deal! also, the shower was amazin, like the best one ive used in a while. the service was really top notch, like they were always there to help. overall, it was a fab stay!

The charming wooden beams and cozy ambiance made everywhere feel like a warm hug from the Alps. I appreciated the spacious layout that allowed me easy access, making it all feel graciously inviting and senior-friendly!

More signage for navigation would be helpful.
